Sales Representative - ADC Diabetes Care (Sevilla/Jerez)

About the role

Abbott is looking for a Sales Representative for its ADC Diabetes Care business in the Sevilla / Jerez de la Frontera area. The main purpose is to achieve the sales goals of ADC, managing the business in the territory in line with the strategy for each product, while acting as an image of Abbott and following its ethics code and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to create, maintain and expand the ADC business.
• Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
• Keep up to date on internal and competitive products and positioning using a variety of resources.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, visit them at the agreed frequency and keep customer files updated.
• Write daily reports on the quality and quantity of customers visited.
• Convey information professionally and accurately.
• Train professionals and patients on the products.

Required profile

• Degree in a science such as Biology, Pharmacy or similar.
• Knowledge of ADC products, their applications and competitors (instruments, technologies, strategies).
• Knowledge of and application of ADC procedures, policies and code of business conduct.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and its treatment.
• Elementary level of English may be useful.

Required skills

• Ability to operate standard software packages.
• Sales knowledge and understanding of which strategy to use.
