Sales Trainer – AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and skill‑development programs for a new AI‑driven sales growth initiative. The role will support both new hires and experienced sales professionals, helping them master product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation and best‑practice selling techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new and existing sales team members.
• Design engaging training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills and company best practices.
• Assess training needs, create tailored learning plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and key metrics.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on products and services, staying current on industry trends and emerging sales methodologies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify training needs, share best practices and adapt training strategies to evolving business priorities.

Required profile

• Currently hold a Sales Trainer position.
• English level C1; additional fluency in German, Italian, Spanish or French is a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services or system integration.
• Strong analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs.
• Stakeholder‑management experience.
