Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and a Salesforce partner in Spain, is looking for a Technical Lead. The role supports the sales and functional teams on assigned accounts and works closely with the project manager/delivery manager to ensure projects meet their technical objectives, scope, schedule and costs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales and functional team on assigned accounts with solution design, estimation and assumptions.
• Support the PM/DM in technical leadership, identify the best solution for each project and alert them to risks to profitability, scope, schedule and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards and supervise effort estimations during the testing phase.
• Take part in client demos, deliver the final technical documentation and mentor the technical team.
• Identify technical up- and cross-selling opportunities and methodological improvements, and contribute to Omega's community of practice with training and mentoring.

Required profile

• 3+ years taking part in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce projects and with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• High level of English.
