Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and a Salesforce partner in Spain, is looking for a Technical Lead to support its sales and functional teams on assigned accounts. The role brings deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform to the project manager/delivery manager, helping ensure scope, schedule and costs stay on track while supervising technical objectives and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales and functional team on assigned accounts with solution design, estimation and assumptions.
• Support the PM/DM in technical leadership, identify the best solution for each project and detect technical risks affecting project profitability.
• Keep projects on track for scope, schedule and costs, alerting the PM/DM to possible deviations.
• Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards and supervise effort estimations during the testing phase.
• Take part in client demos, deliver the final technical documentation and identify technical up- and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and train the technical team, suggest methodological improvements and contribute to Omega's community of practice with mentoring and training.

Required profile

• 3+ years taking part in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce projects and with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• High level of English.
