SAP Analytics Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global business and IT consultancy focused on the Life Sciences industry, is looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Solution Architect. The role leads the architecture, design and implementation of scalable planning and analytics solutions in a complex SAP environment, working with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams. It is based in Tokyo, Japan remotely, with travel to Yamagata on client request, and the candidate will also lead large projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end SAC solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise IT standards.
• Lead the design of SAC planning models, including dimensions, measures, hierarchies, calculations and data structures.
• Architect scalable planning and forecasting solutions with allocations, simulations, version management and advanced planning features.
• Design integration between SAC and SAP systems such as SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Set architectural guidelines, data modeling standards and development best practices.
• Guide front-end and back-end development teams, review designs, identify technical risks and support testing, deployment planning and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end SAC planning solutions in complex SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAC planning models, advanced formulas, data actions, multi-actions, allocations and version management.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA or similar platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise planning processes such as financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ability to define technical architecture standards and guide development teams.
