SAP Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash (Remote, Spain)

About the role

Sanoma Learning is looking for a SAP Business Analyst who combines solid SAP technical experience with a strong business‑analysis mindset. Working remotely from anywhere in Spain, you will focus on the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring that the end‑to‑end process from order entry to invoice payment runs smoothly and continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all O2C‑related incidents, enhancements and new functionality in SAP.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and developers to validate technical and operational feasibility.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and confirm that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement opportunities across SAP‑based processes.
• Produce functional documentation, blueprints and solution designs for long‑term use.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP modules (SD, MM, PP or similar) in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash / Order‑to‑Invoice processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
