SAP Developer – Digital Campus

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled SAP Developer to join its Digital Campus in Albacete, Spain. You will work within a collaborative ERP team, contributing to the development of cutting‑edge aerospace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend and frontend features using SAP Fiori, UI5, Web IDE, and ABAP on HANA.
• Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and integration.
• Conduct detailed investigations of business issues, ensuring process and system integrity within SAP environments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes, delivering business value through system improvements.
• Refine requirements, validate estimates, and manage relationships with stakeholders and outsourced suppliers.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Java or WebIDE).
• Proficiency with ABAP/ABAP on HANA, OData services, NetWeaver Gateway, and SAP HANA.
• Experience in interface design and development (RFC, iDoc, XML, Web Services, Batch) and customer extensions (enhancement framework, user exits).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to play a central role in the ERP development team.
