SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant (PY/PT)

About the role

Strada is looking for a Functional SAP HCM Consultant specialized in French payroll (PY) and time management (PT) to join its Proserv Spanish department. The consultant will support outsourced SAP customers, ensuring smooth operation of payroll processes and delivering high‑quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy and guidance to French‑language SAP customers.
• Manage simple to medium‑complexity tickets, translating functional analysis into technical implementation.
• Develop and customize bug‑free code following Strada best practices.
• Execute system tests using provided or self‑generated test data to verify specifications.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for handled issues.
• Prioritize daily tickets, meet deadlines and regularly report progress to the AMO Team Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand general HR flows and the SAP HR architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• Fluent verbal and written French; English is a plus.
• Previous experience maintaining SAP HCM PY/PT applications for French customers.
• Knowledge of SAP PY FR solution and French payroll legislation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment and respect confidentiality.
• SuccessFactors EC or ECP certification is a plus.
