SAP Roles and Authorization Specialist

About the role

You will join the Airbus Defence and Space ERP Competence Center in Getafe, working on national and international SAP projects and transformation initiatives. As an expert in SAP roles and authorizations you will manage role, security and user‑management activities across multiple countries while driving harmonisation and simplification.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing roles and propose harmonisation or new concepts to meet customer requirements.
• Define and update business role concepts in alignment with the roles team.
• Implement technical roles within the business role framework.
• Provide project and service support, consulting the business on their demands.
• Analyse and resolve authorization issues for projects and services.
• Support audit activities and improve change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in SAP Role Management and Authorizations (mandatory).
• Several years of experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4H (mandatory).
• Experience with SAP Cloud, SAP BW, SAP GRC or Security Weaver is a plus.
• Background in managing large SAP landscapes across countries.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
