SAP Solution Architect - Lead-to-Cash (m/f/d)

About the role

Fresenius Global is looking for an SAP Solution Architect focused on Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, based in Barcelona (head office). The role shapes how L2C processes are designed, integrated and executed across the enterprise, turning complex commercial and service requirements into scalable, compliant and business-relevant SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, structured and scalable SAP L2C solution designs
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across L2C processes, including integration with adjacent domains
• Design and implement SAP-based solutions (S/4HANA, SAP CS / S/4 Service, BTP) aligned with business objectives
• Ensure strong alignment between business requirements, system capabilities and delivered outcomes
• Own solution integrity across the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Govern scope, quality and usability, and manage process, organisational and system impacts
• Integrate SAP L2C with external platforms such as EDI, e-invoicing and BTP-based services
• Contribute to global template design and rollout initiatives, and support effort estimation, capacity planning and feasibility assessments
• Document and sign off solution architecture, design decisions and test scope, and keep up with technology trends

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end business process design, with a strong focus on Lead-to-Cash
• Proven experience in global SAP implementations or template rollouts
• Understanding of validation and compliance requirements in regulated industries
• Fluent English (written and spoken); willingness to travel as required

Required skills

• Deep expertise in SAP L2C configuration and solution design
• SAP S/4HANA; exposure to SAP CS or S/4 Service is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration scenarios (EDI, e-invoicing)
• Strong stakeholder management in global, matrixed environments, and excellent communication and presentation skills
