SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

EY GDS Spain is hiring a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant in Malaga, working in a fast-growing HR technology team that delivers global SAP SuccessFactors Time Management programs. The consultant shapes scalable and compliant time solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking, works hybrid from Malaga and collaborates across countries and domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions aligned with client requirements and global standards.
• Run requirement workshops, translate business processes into solution designs and configure time types, time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, absence workflows and related business rules.
• Configure Time Tracking, including time recording profiles, clock time and duration-based recording, approvals, valuations, overtime and integration with payroll and Employee Central.
• Run unit, component and SIT tests, support UAT, data reconciliation, performance testing, cutover and production deployment, and deliver documentation, knowledge transfer and hypercare support.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams in international, multi-vendor environments.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking in complex, multi-country environments.
• End-to-end implementation experience covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Expertise in time types, accruals, work schedules, holiday calendars, business rules, workflows, time recording profiles, valuations and payroll integration.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field, or years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Ideally: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification or relevant implementation accreditation, and experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll or third-party payroll integrations.
• Spanish, French or German is a plus.
