Scrum Master – Digital Campus (Data & Analytics Team)

About the role

Airing Helicopters (Albacete, Spain) is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its Digital Campus, a centre of excellence in industrial digitalization and innovation. You will work in the Data & Analytics team, acting as Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train and helping ensure the digital continuity of the world's leading helicopter manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews and retrospectives) for a squad of 10 people.
• Ensure the agile framework is followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
• Protect the squad from external distractions and remove architectural or organizational impediments.
• Work with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics and risks to management during weekly run mode meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Agile leadership, coaching or Scrum Master roles.
• Background or strong functional knowledge of Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g. PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, SAFe principles and agile governance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Agility to track PI delivery, dependencies and metrics.
