SDR Team Leader - Growth Markets

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated first‑time manager to step into the SDR Team Lead role supporting our Italian Growth Markets in our Sales team in Barcelona. You’ll coach and support a team of up to eight outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills, generate pipeline and hit their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 8 outbound SDRs, running weekly 1:1s, setting development goals and reviewing performance.
• Coach and mentor the team, design and deliver training such as role‑plays, pitch simulations and gamification.
• Become a product expert and guide the team in delivering value to prospects.
• Collaborate with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts and materials.
• Improve processes, ensure data accuracy and drive operational excellence across the SDR function.
• Introduce new prospecting techniques to boost outbound pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in outbound sales or sales development, covering the full sales cycle.
• High business fluency in English; knowledge of CEE business culture; Italian is a plus.
• Passion for coaching and developing junior talent, with proven mentoring experience.
• Clear communicator who can break down complex ideas into actionable steps.
