Sector Manager – Royal Hideaway Corales Villas

About the role

The Sector Manager will oversee food and beverage operations at the Royal Hideaway Corales Villas resort, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and intervene in the delivery of food and beverage services across restaurants, bars and other outlets.
• Plan staff schedules, manage shift rotas and control stock levels.
• Organise table assignments and direct waitstaff during service periods.
• Correct staff performance, support problem‑solving and maintain service quality.
• Monitor hygiene, staff presentation and the cleanliness of the assigned area.
• Control the mise en place and ensure all stations are properly stocked.
• Take guest orders and ensure accurate communication to the kitchen.
• Report any deficiencies in food quality or presentation to the maître.

Required profile

• Vocational training at medium or higher level (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• High proficiency in English; additional language (French or German) is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and problem‑resolution skills.
• Proven capability to lead and manage a team.
