Security Analyst – Secure Hiring (Temp Agency)

About the role

The Secure Hiring team at Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Security Analyst on a temporary basis. You will help protect the organization by assessing the security risk of new hires through open‑source intelligence and ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Raise awareness of classified information access requirements for a secure hiring process.
• Analyse candidates using open‑source information to verify alignment with Airbus values.
• Conduct OSINT research to gather relevant data about candidates.
• Assess digital footprints and public online presence of candidates.
• Monitor public and private sources for potential threats.
• Recommend mitigation measures when risks are identified.
• Identify and analyse KPIs to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Secure Hiring.
• Ensure all intelligence activities comply with laws, regulations, data‑privacy and human‑rights guidelines.
• Collaborate with Human Resources throughout the Secure Hiring process.
• Support continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools.
• Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Additional certifications or education in OSINT, Cyber Intelligence or classified information protection are a plus.
• Eligibility for NATO/National security clearance as required by business needs.
