Security Encryption Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Encryption Consultant to support a major insurance client. The role is hybrid, with two days on‑site at Calle Emilio Vargas, Madrid and three days remote. You will work on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM platforms to deliver and maintain encryption services.

Key responsibilities

• Support encryption program activities, including definition, study and deployment of new use cases such as DKE or Confidential Computing.
• Migrate encryption use cases (agent‑based or agent‑less) across platforms and onboard new encryption applications.
• Manage integrations with client tools like Privileged Account Management, SIEM, patching systems and virtual host consoles.
• Run the CTM platform to meet performance, resilience, quality and SLA targets, including recertification and regular monitoring.
• Provide technical support during sessions, identify blocking points, and propose remediation or mitigation solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM technologies.
• Familiarity with change management, incident/request management tools, CMDB and CTM reporting.
