Seller Experience Market Engagement Lead

About the role

This full-time role is responsible for developing and executing plans to optimize processes and capabilities while mentoring junior team members toward strategic goals. It works cross-functionally, uses data analytics and project management methods to drive transformation, tracks performance metrics, identifies complex trends and reports regularly to leadership. The position sits in Sales Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run strategic plans to improve business processes and capabilities across the organization.
• Align the framework for critical processes with the business architecture, long-term vision and scalability.
• Work cross-functionally so processes fit the organization's strategic goals.
• Use data analytics and predictive modeling to find trends and opportunities that drive process improvements, cost savings and revenue growth.
• Apply project management and quality improvement methods to optimize processes.
• Design and refine performance metrics and KPIs, and manage risks linked to process changes.
• Mentor and advise junior team members.
• Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on the status and impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management or a related field.
• Preferred certification: Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP).
