Senior Account Manager - Regions Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Account Manager for its Regions team in Vigo. You will be the main contact for top restaurant partners, helping them succeed, and will own several cities in your area, defining and pursuing long-term growth, promotions, advertising and operations strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, proactive relationships with partners through regular communication, partner meetings and business reviews.
• Evaluate, follow up and report on portfolio and KPIs, and act to reach goals and company OKRs.
• Run plans to grow partners through promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, conversion rate, cross-selling and upselling).
• Improve Glovo visibility with partners via marketing kits and merchandising.
• Renegotiate commissions and sell assets to improve revenue.
• Plan and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
• Improve partner operational efficiency by ensuring the best service to customers.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
• Native Spanish and English.
• Strong commercial skills, persuasion and customer focus.
• Good communication, project management and data-driven decision-making.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Excel.
