Senior Account Manager – Spain Regions

About the role

Glovo is seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager to own and grow relationships with top‑tier restaurant partners across multiple cities in Spain. You will act as the main point of contact, driving partner success through strategic growth initiatives, promotions, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with top restaurant partners, conducting regular meetings and business reviews.
• Define and execute long‑term growth strategies for assigned cities, covering promotions, advertising, and operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, produce KPI reports, and take corrective actions to meet company OKRs.
• Negotiate promos, marketing activations, and commission terms to increase partner revenue and Glovo’s market share.
• Identify churn risks, create action plans, and reactivate inactive partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality for end‑customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments such as startups, consulting, or tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Public Relations or related field (preferred).
• Native Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset, data‑driven decision making, and excellent project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
