About the role
The XL team at Glovo Spain manages the company’s largest accounts. As a Senior Account Manager you will own a portfolio of top national brands, overseeing the relationship, commercial agenda and day‑to‑day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of major national accounts, building trust with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clear, data‑backed narratives and actionable plans.
- Monitor account performance across key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage promotional activations, advertising commitments and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Coordinate internally with Finance, Operations, Ads and Marketing to ensure partner commitments are fulfilled.
- Develop structured commercial proposals, account plans, opportunity analyses and investment cases.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing senior relationships with major national brands.
- Strong commercial judgment combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lead business reviews and translate data into clear action plans.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on partnership growth.
