Senior Accounting Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a proactive, well-organized Senior Accounting Specialist based in Madrid. The role covers the full accounting scope and aims to improve the tools and quality of accounting processes, working closely with Legal, Operations and Brand Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Book-keeping of monthly transactions
• Reporting and control of entity expenses, checking that they are correctly coded in the accounting records
• Reconciliation of monthly revenues and reconciliation with payment processors
• Approval of large financial transactions
• Contribution to financial audit processes
• Support of projects and continuous improvement across the Accounting function
• Managing relationships with external accounting service providers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in audit, accounting or similar functions (audit experience is a plus)
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• Proactive, self-starter, rigorous, autonomous, organized and a team player

Required skills

• Experience with Navision Business Central
