Senior Accounting Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist in Madrid. The Accounting team keeps finances accurate, compliant and transparent, working with Legal, Operations and Brand Partnerships. The role covers the full accounting scope and aims to improve accounting tools and process quality.

Key responsibilities

• Book-keeping of monthly transactions
• Reporting and control of entity expenses, checking correct coding in the accounting records
• Reconciliation of monthly revenues and reconciliation with payment processors
• Approval of large financial transactions
• Contribution to financial audit processes
• Support of projects and continuous improvement across the Accounting function
• Managing relationships with external accounting service providers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in audit, accounting or similar functions (audit experience is a plus)
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• Proactive, self-starter, clear communicator, meticulous, autonomous, organised and a team player

Required skills

• Experience with Navision Business Central
