Senior Advisory Solution Consultant (Armis / Veza)

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant for the Iberia region, supporting customers and prospects in demonstrating the value of the Armis platform through console demonstrations, proof-of-value deployments and targeted training. The role also covers marketing support, speaking engagements and the development of new use cases, and involves travel averaging up to 40%.

Key responsibilities

• Work with prospects to provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations and deploy proof-of-value installations
• Lead technical training sessions based on proof-of-value findings
• Support marketing activities, conferences and speaking engagements
• Address prospect needs clearly through verbal and written communication
• Develop prospect-facing documentation
• Think critically across the sales process, customer support and troubleshooting, and develop new use cases for internal and external consumption

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical positions (e.g., solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer, solutions architect), ideally for a cybersecurity vendor
• 5+ years in customer-facing or customer support roles
• Track record of owning complex initiatives and closing complex cybersecurity SaaS solutions for enterprise customers, supporting sales account executives and regional sales managers
• BS degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent experience

Required skills

• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
• Knowledge of IoT, OT, IoMT and wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba)
• Linux operating systems and virtualized environments
• Utility scripting (Python preferred)
