Senior Analyst – Global Product (Cash Management)

About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead Global Cash Management product initiatives from its Boadilla (Madrid) office. The role acts as the front‑office Product Owner, shaping strategy, design and delivery of innovative cash‑management solutions for corporate clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market, client and regulatory indicators to define product strategy and evolution across the GTB Cash portfolio.
• Collaborate directly with clients and origination teams to gather requirements and translate them into global product concepts.
• Design new products by applying emerging technologies such as APIs, blockchain, digital assets and AI, and by leveraging Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba).
• Drive end‑to‑end product delivery, including business case creation, funding requests, coordination with COO, compliance and legal approvals, and go‑to‑market planning.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, aggregate data globally and recommend enhancements or capex investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash‑management or treasury product development within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client needs, market trends and regulatory changes.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external clients.
