Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence

About the role

PwC's Deals practice, within Transaction Services, helps organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. This Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence position works on financial due diligence projects for either the acquirer or the vendor, serving private equity houses and major international and national corporate clients. The work centres on reviewing the key value drivers of the business and supporting clients through price adjustment definitions and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, for the historical period or for financial projections
• Use data and analytics tools to deliver insights on the main financial and business issues or opportunities identified
• Support clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
• 2-8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance or private equity
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to travel

Required skills

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel
• Data analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and Alteryx are a plus
