Senior Back-End Engineer

About the role

Rechat is seeking a Senior Back‑End Engineer to design and maintain the core services that power its real‑estate CRM and marketing platform. You will work remotely with a product‑driven team, tackling complex data challenges and building high‑impact APIs used by agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain core services supporting the CRM and Marketing platforms.
• Build advanced, scalable data models and write high‑performance SQL queries.
• Develop robust features with unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and front‑end teams to improve user experience.
• Influence architectural decisions and lead projects when needed.

Required profile

• Deep experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL performance tuning.
• Proven track record designing, building, and testing scalable back‑end services.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
