Senior Backend Engineer (Product Enablement)

About the role

Fundcraft's Product Enablement team is growing and is looking for one Mid or Senior Backend Engineer to join its team in Girona. The team will take on bug handling alongside the data fixes and developments it already delivers, giving the platform development teams more room to focus on the roadmap. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bugs and support requests so that platform development teams can focus on the roadmap without unplanned interruptions.
• Deliver data fixes and developments for the platform.
• Make bug effort visible and measurable, with root causes planned into the owning team's roadmap.

Required profile

• Mid/Senior Backend Engineer who knows the platform and its stack inside out.
• User-centric mindset and enjoyment of seeing the direct impact of your work.
• Wants to be part of a small, energetic team working closely with users, clients, product and other stakeholders.
• Enjoys agile ways of working, with quick feedback loops, shared ownership and room to shape how things are done.
