Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own and evolve the visual identity of one of its key partners. You will work across multiple marketing channels, creating high‑impact campaigns that connect millions of people with unforgettable live‑entertainment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual identity for a major partner across paid media, organic social, CRM, OOH, web, editorial, presentations and on‑site experiences.
• Conceptualise and design creative campaigns and brand assets that align with marketing objectives.
• Produce motion graphics, animations and audiovisual assets to strengthen brand storytelling.
• Edit and produce premium video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta.
• Identify and integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to boost efficiency while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Marketing teams and external partners.
• Present concepts and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for digital and print, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and business goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in brand design or a related creative discipline.
• Hands‑on mindset with a strong portfolio demonstrating high‑impact visual work.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
