Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape distinctive visual identities for a portfolio of international brands. Working fully remotely from Spain, you will translate strategic insights into scalable brand systems that boost recognition across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete visual identities for new brands, including logos, colour palettes, typography, iconography, illustrations, photography direction and graphic elements.
• Create comprehensive brand books and design guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across teams and channels.
• Build scalable, cohesive brand systems that support long‑term growth and adaptability.
• Demonstrate brand applications across a variety of digital and physical touchpoints.
• Present and justify creative decisions to stakeholders, linking design solutions to business objectives and incorporating feedback.
• Prepare production‑ready design files and collaborate with internal teams for smooth handovers.
• Partner with brand strategists to translate business strategies and briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Maintain clear differentiation across multiple brands while ensuring overall design quality and consistency.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in brand design, visual identity or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing logos, branding systems, visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence explaining and defending design decisions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver high‑quality work with great attention to detail.
• Experience in multi‑brand environments or knowledge of iGaming, technology, typography customization or a relevant design degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools for concept generation, mood boards or creative exploration.
