Senior Business Developer - Top Accounts Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Executive for Top Accounts in Spain. The role brings the most relevant and high-impact partners onto the platform at a national level, identifying, approaching and closing deals with top-tier brands and companies, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect top-tier companies and brands across Spain that fit Glovo's platform
• Build a pipeline of high-value opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events and referrals
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, commercial directors)
• Lead end-to-end sales: outreach, pitch, negotiation, contract signing and activation
• Craft tailored value propositions for each partner
• Work with marketing, operations and legal to structure deals and ensure smooth onboarding
• Represent Glovo at industry events, trade fairs and face-to-face meetings across Spain
• Report pipeline, forecasts and market insights to the Regional Director

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, new business sales or enterprise sales
• Proactive, persistent "hunter" mindset and strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with long sales cycles and complex deals involving many stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across Spain for partner meetings and events
• Food & beverage industry knowledge or delivery-sector experience is a plus

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in person and in writing
• CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales tracking
• Data analysis with Excel or Google Sheets
