Senior Business Development Executive (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

GetResponse, a SaaS company providing email marketing and marketing automation software since 1998, is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive / Account Executive. The role suits a seasoned closer who builds pipeline and drives complex, multi-stakeholder deals in mid-market and enterprise environments, with full ownership of the pipeline and a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals
• Build and develop the pipeline through targeted outbound activities
• Lead discovery, engage multiple stakeholders and understand business needs
• Create tailored proposals, lead negotiations and close deals (€20K+ ACV)
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing and cross-functional teams

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals
• Comfortable in longer sales cycles and selling complex or technical solutions
• Native Spanish and English at a minimum C1 level
• Strong business acumen and ability to position value and deliver against targets
