Senior Channel Manager eCommerce, Iberia

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Channel Manager, eCommerce for the Iberia region to join our B2B Sales team. Based in Madrid with a hybrid schedule, you will shape digital shopping experiences for consumers and retail partners across Spain and Portugal while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a vision and roadmap for the online shopper journey across key retail partners.
• Drive commercial performance through strategic activation of retailer campaigns, trading moments, and promotional plans.
• Lead a Digital Merchandiser and a Business Developer, collaborating with Trade Marketing and Sales.
• Optimize digital customer journeys and improve product discoverability on retailer platforms.
• Manage retail media investments, ensuring effective budget allocation and measurable results.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
• Coach and support team members, providing day‑to‑day people management.

Required profile

• Experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, omnichannel retail or a related commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of online retail ecosystems, including pure‑play and omnichannel retailers.
• Proven ability to improve digital customer journeys and drive online conversion or engagement.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a small team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at the Madrid office.
