Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Senior Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help train AI to reason like top‑tier strategy consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation teams to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
