Senior Consultant - MS Sentinel Cloud Security (Hybrid)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in cloud security solutions, to help build a new service offering. The role is hybrid and based in Malaga.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud security monitoring platforms (MS Sentinel)
• Advise customers during testing, evaluation, pilot, production and training phases
• Act as subject matter expert on cloud security solutions for the customer
• Secure cloud environments with cybersecurity tools and best practices
• Develop processes for automated security event monitoring and alerting, with event response plans

Required profile

• B. Tech. or B.E. degree with sound technical skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Certification in Azure (other cloud certifications are a plus)
• Technical acumen, critical thinking, strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Required skills

• Expertise in content management in MS Sentinel
• Threat modelling, use cases under the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Migrating from Splunk, QRadar or LogRhythm to MS Sentinel
• Designing and securing the Azure platform, configuring data ingestion, connectors, incidents, workbooks, hunt queries and notebooks
• Creating playbooks with Logic Apps and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Security monitoring, incident response and cloud-native security platforms (AWS, GCP) are a plus
