Senior Consulting Project Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Consulting Project Manager who is fluent in French (and preferably Spanish) to lead consulting engagements for mid‑market and named‑account customers across EMEA. Based near our Barcelona office, you will work in a hybrid setting, guiding project delivery from inception to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee consulting projects that implement Autodesk solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with customers and Customer Success Managers to align success plans with evolving needs.
• Translate project vision into clear goals and detailed plans for delivery teams.
• Coordinate scoping activities with customers, internal departments, and account teams.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and controls using standard Project Management tools.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage external contractors, including contracting, delivery, and invoicing.
• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees.
• Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of project management experience in professional services/consulting within IT, AEC, or manufacturing.
• Proven customer‑facing experience with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and goal‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and committed to continuous professional development.
• Demonstrated team‑management abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and scheduling tools.
• Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or PMI‑ACP.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking capabilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
