Senior Contract Manager – B2B Data Licensing

About the role

Volkswagen Group Info Services AG and Volkswagen Digital:Hub are creating a new GIS:Hub in Barcelona focused on commercial B2B data business. The GIS:Hub combines automotive and data expertise with an agile, digital environment. The role is a Contract Manager supporting the Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements, working alongside an experienced Data Licensing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end renewal of customer agreements, including contract development, customer coordination, signing-process steering and status reporting.
• Prepare, tailor and version contract documents for specific customer needs to enable cross- and up-selling while improving accuracy and compliance.
• Own and steer the digital signing process (e.g. DocuSign, Documill), from preparation and quality control to customer communication and document-repository management.
• Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customers through document preparation and review-process management, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Act as a contact point between Sales, Legal, Accounting and Product, helping improve contract processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification; first experience in contract management, legal operations, sales support or a related field is a plus (career starters welcome).
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, reliability and a structured, deadline-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Confident use of MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with DocuSign, Documill and Salesforce is an advantage
