Missions principales

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, including AI procurement, data licensing, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop legal strategies, templates, and playbooks for the responsible acquisition and integration of AI tools.
• Provide sophisticated, forward-looking legal advice on the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-related agreements and generative AI risks.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-powered legal tools to enhance legal operations and business efficiency.
• Monitor emerging legal risks such as algorithmic bias, explainability, and liability to ensure proactive compliance.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives related to data and AI strategy, aligning legal solutions with long-term business objectives.
