Senior Country HR Business Partner

Join Vonage and play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the global cloud communications landscape. As a Country HR Partner, you will serve as the trusted local HR advisor where corporate strategy meets talent execution, ensuring our teams are empowered to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Global HR Business Partners to implement local HR strategies and provide critical market insights.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, talent decisions, difficult conversations, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, and policy compliance.
• Support leaders through compensation cycles, pay equity reviews, promotions, and total rewards communication.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyzing survey results to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Support talent planning, including succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, and career development.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws while providing practical, actionable HR advice to management.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.
• Deep expertise in Spanish Labor Law (knowledge of German, French, or Swedish law is a significant plus).
• Proven experience working with Works Councils and Trade Unions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
