Senior Curriculum Developer & Instructor

About the role

The Learning Team at ClickHouse is expanding rapidly as more users discover the power of ClickHouse. As a Senior Curriculum Developer & Instructor you will create and deliver training content across multiple formats, from on‑demand courses to live virtual and in‑person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ClickHouse training courses for on‑demand and instructor‑led delivery, including slides, videos, and hands‑on labs.
• Design new courses for various personas, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to define content.
• Teach ClickHouse courses virtually and in‑person for public and private audiences.
• Create quizzes and certification exams for ClickHouse credentials.
• Engage with the community through social media, conferences, meetups, and customer sites.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proven experience developing curriculum for technical audiences such as software engineers and database developers.
• Demonstrated ability to teach diverse audiences, both large and small.
• Willingness to travel regionally across North America and globally to EMEA and APAC.
• Strong communication skills and high sense of ownership.

Required skills

• SQL and ClickHouse database expertise.
• Knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), distributed systems, and big data.
• Experience with machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI) concepts.
