Senior Data Analyst - B2B

About the role

We are looking for a senior data analyst to join Preply’s B2B data chapter in Barcelona. You will partner with directors, B2B leaders and cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive retention, revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify new analyses, metrics and frameworks that unlock growth and efficiency.
• Build and own the analytical framework used to evaluate B2B trade‑offs and long‑term growth levers.
• Lead end‑to‑end analytical initiatives such as retention, cohort and LTV modelling, turning findings into pricing and product recommendations.
• Own impact modelling, scenario analysis and KPI governance, maintaining a single source of truth for quarterly and annual planning.
• Design experimentation agendas, define success metrics and translate results into executive‑ready storytelling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with proven ownership of KPI frameworks and measurable impact on retention or revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve metric definition conflicts and deliver forecast or scenario models used for strategic decisions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional analytical projects from conception to delivery.

Required skills

• Strong, independent SQL skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Looker, Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Python for analysis.
