Senior Global Tax Credits & Incentives Lead

About the role

Fever is looking for a senior professional to lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all jurisdictions where the company operates. The role will ensure systematic, compliant, and scalable use of available regimes such as R&D credits, entertainment incentives, and innovation schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify tax credit and incentive opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify benefits, and prioritize based on impact and feasibility.
• Maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives).
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of projects, including scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation, and filings.
• Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance with substance, documentation, and KPI requirements.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting tax credits and incentives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in tax compliance, tax credits, incentives, or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of global tax regimes, especially R&D and innovation incentives.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and work with external advisors.
• Excellent analytical skills to quantify benefits and assess feasibility.
• Fluent English communication skills.
