Senior Global Training Manager, Collection & Product

About the role

As a Senior Global Training Manager for Collection & Product, you will join LOEWE’s Retail Academy team and report to the Product and Collection Training Director. You will design, develop and roll‑out training programmes that reinforce brand standards while meeting business priorities across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Central Merchandising and Product teams (RTW, LG, Shoes, Accessories, Special Projects) to create and deliver collection trainings, including styling content.
• Collaborate with the Digital Project Manager to produce digital versions of all training materials.
• Analyse retail training needs, design curricula and implement training solutions to address those gaps.
• Support expertise‑training launches, local sessions and trainer‑of‑trainers programmes each season.
• Accelerate the rollout of styling and clienteling skills, aiming to improve sell‑through KPIs.
• Organise seasonal showroom photo‑shoots and animate product and collection communities.
• Provide on‑site coaching during new store openings and zone roll‑outs where possible.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar training role within an international environment.
• Advanced English required; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Strong retail and sales mindset with a passion for fashion, design and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication, presentation and detail‑orientation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
