Senior Graphic Designer & Head of Creation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who will also lead our Creation & Design department. Based in Kund, Austria or Barcelona, Spain, you will shape visual communication for both external tech brands and our own in‑house labels.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design of on‑ and offline assets, including digital ads, landing pages, social media graphics, trade‑show booths, brochures, packaging, POS materials, sales decks and videos.
• Oversee visual identity across websites, ensuring UX‑optimized layouts, clear visual hierarchy and high‑quality graphics.
• Direct product and advertising photography, lighting, retouching and preparation of assets for web, print and marketplace campaigns.
• Collaborate with brand management, e‑commerce teams and external partners to turn ideas into powerful visual experiences.
• Integrate AI‑driven design tools and experiment with emerging design technologies to continuously raise visual standards.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design or art direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital and branding projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands‑on experience in photography, retouching and image optimisation.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with precision.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Curiosity for creative innovation, especially AI‑based tools and automated workflows.
