Senior GTM Engineer

About the role

Oyster is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to own and automate the technical side of its revenue engine. The role is fully remote within EMEA and sits in Revenue Operations, working closely with GTM teams to turn commercial strategy into reliable, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the GTM stack architecture, including CRM objects, lifecycle stages, territory routing, and sync patterns.
• Integrate systems end‑to‑end (Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Salesloft, HubSpot, data warehouse, Oyster product APIs) using APIs, webhooks and custom scripts.
• Build and ship AI‑driven workflows such as prompt chains, agents, and signal‑detection pipelines for prospect research, personalization and buying‑signal alerts.
• Create automated data waterfalls to pull, clean, deduplicate and route prospect data into the CRM.
• Monitor, measure and iterate on automation metrics to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering or a software engineering role focused on revenue problems.
• Proven track record of building solutions that measurably impact pipeline.
• Deep hands‑on experience architecting modern GTM stacks and custom integrations.
• Experience owning production workflows with error handling, retries, monitoring and alerting.
• Commercial instinct and a bias toward shipping quickly.
