Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist in Madrid. You will act as the global architect of the creator strategy, scaling high-impact campaigns that drive brand growth and market presence. The role blends a data-driven mindset with negotiation skills, turning performance metrics into efficient resource allocation and project frameworks, while mentoring a small team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at scale, driving innovative projects for brand growth.
• Set clear campaign goals, benchmark performance and improve results with data-driven insights.
• Use data to select influencers, refine campaigns and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage influencer relationships through streamlined communication, agreement tracking, global influencer scouting and negotiation.
• Communicate brand values and philosophy consistently with influencers worldwide.
• Manage a small team of juniors and specialists.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish; French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience in the LATAM and US markets.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Track record of building, managing and monetizing relationships with influencers, affiliates and agencies.
• Project management skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital startup.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
