Senior Java Developer & Technical Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer / Technical Analyst to join Tieto’s team and help evolve and maintain enterprise Java applications. The role combines technical design, development and functional analysis within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and estimate effort.
• Design application architectures and technical solutions, including scalable REST services and micro‑service based systems.
• Develop, test and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Implement MVC‑based solutions and integrate frontend technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, JSF and AJAX.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement‑gathering sessions and coordinate technical tasks.
• Support deployments, evolutionary maintenance and continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Java Developer or Technical Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative and autonomous mindset.
• Experience working directly with clients and in agile, cross‑functional teams.
