Senior Lead FCF Planning

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Lead FCF planning professional to join its Finance Performance department at the Barcelona headquarters. Reporting to the Head of FP&A / Finance Performance Director, you will own the global Free Cash Flow planning ecosystem across 21+ markets and turn complex multi-entity P&L and balance sheet dynamics into reliable cash forecasts. Over the next 12-18 months you will modernise the spreadsheet-based FCF model into a driver-based forecasting engine, partner with C-level leadership on capital allocation, and act as functional manager and technical mentor for the FCF Sr. Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global multi-entity FCF forecasting and rolling plan framework, integrating it with P&L, balance sheet and working capital drivers across 21+ markets
• Navigate enterprise FP&A tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) to pull, interrogate and reconcile actuals and planning inputs into the FCF model
• Mentor the FCF Sr. Analyst, review their outputs, guide their development and build redundancy during forecasting and closing cycles
• Drive liquidity optimisation with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and local operations, and act as the bridge to local finance teams to standardise driver-based templates
• Serve as the primary finance counterpart for the DH Group on FCF, liquidity and cash projections, and present risk and sensitivity scenarios to C-level executives
• Build simulation models to stress-test the FCF impact of major corporate or business decisions

Required profile

• Fluency in English
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or Strategic Finance, with a focus on cash flow planning and liquidity modelling
• Deep understanding of technical accounting, balance sheet mechanics and working capital drivers (DPO, DSO, inventory)
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching of mid-level analysts
• Ability to communicate complex cash dynamics clearly to senior leadership

Required skills

• Expert spreadsheet modelling (Excel / Google Sheets), including integrated 3-statement models
• FP&A tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Nice to have: Spanish, SQL, Python, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and finance certifications such as CFA, CIMA or CPA
