Senior Legal Counsel – Southern Europe

About the role

Join Tesla’s fast‑growing EMEA legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel focused on the Southern Europe region. You will act as the trusted legal advisor for sales, service, marketing, commercial, consumer‑protection and regulatory matters across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft contracts for B2C and B2B sales and service initiatives, including terms and conditions and financial services.
• Support marketing activities, website content and customer communications with appropriate legal guidance.
• Draft and review real‑estate agreements for showrooms and service centers.
• Manage contracts and legal issues related to the Supercharger network.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for Tesla products, building relationships with key regulators in the region.
• Coordinate with EMEA peers, the litigation team and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer licensed in Spain, Portugal, Italy or another Southern European jurisdiction.
• Experience in a law firm or in‑house corporate environment, preferably with regional responsibility.
• Proven ability to handle a high workload of complex legal matters while prioritising resources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
