Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence (Deals) – Madrid/Barcelona

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager (or Manager) to join its Deals Transaction Services team, focusing on Financial Due Diligence for clients in Madrid and Barcelona. You will help organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital‑market transactions by providing data‑driven insights and strategic advice.
