Senior Manager, FP&A Planning & Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager, FP&A Planning & Projects leads end‑to‑end financial planning cycles, acting as the financial control tower for the business. You will partner with commercial, supply‑chain, people & culture, and finance teams to ensure consistent assumptions, robust insights, and alignment with group‑wide FP&A standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Annual Business Planning (ABP) and Long‑Range Planning (LRP) cycles, delivering high‑quality outputs on schedule.
• Integrate inputs from Commercial, Supply Chain, P&C and Finance, guaranteeing consistency of drivers and assumptions.
• Maintain continuous communication with Group FP&A to align on guidelines, key assumptions and strategic priorities.
• Provide deep P&L analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and supporting data‑driven decisions.
• Develop scenario models and financial simulations for strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and facilitating alignment.
• Lead preparation of executive presentations and corporate submissions with clear financial storytelling.
• Drive cross‑functional finance and transformation projects, promoting process simplification, automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partner roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex planning cycles and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
